IOTONIX uses notifications as a method to alert users and administrators about important events or information. You can easily set up alarms and notifications for individual devices, or for any custom group of devices. Whether it’s a sensor going beyond its limit, like a flood alert, a temperature spike, an air quality warning, or any other unusual condition, IOTONIX has got it covered.
In addition to reacting to events as they occur, IOTONIX can also perform scheduled checks to confirm that certain conditions are met at specific times.
The notification system in IOTONIX is capable of creating a variety of message types including errors, alerts, informational updates, and actuator actions. These actions could lead to operational changes in actuators or generate new notification messages. This means that IOTONIX doesn’t just respond to events in real-time, it can also perform checks based on a preset schedule. For instance, ensuring that the central air conditioning is switched off after office hours or the lights are turned off when the last person exits the building.
These messages, besides being displayed in the IOTONIX application, can be forwarded by the notification engine in the form of push notifications to messaging services like Line, or sent directly to your email. This way, no matter where you are, you’ll always stay informed.
